OBII read P0455, Evap Emission Control system leak

I have a 1997 E420, I got the error code from the OBII P0455 (EVAP EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM LEAK). Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I tried resetting the code and it came back within a week. Many thanks!

This would be tough one to fix yourself- it is checking for fuel vapour leakage and sensing that the fuel system is not holding a vacuum on the vapour side. I have seen purge valves, charcoal canisters, fuel caps, shut-off valves, leaking connections, rusted lines, even the pressure sensor all cause this code.
This would be one better left to a shop, I would think- we use a smoke machine to diagnose these issues.
