Does Mercedes make lighted door sills as an accessory? If so do they make them for an E430 Sport?

mind if I tack on one additional question?

How hard is it to install these bad boys? Something a DIYer can do, or better left to the professionals?

Mercedes has illuminated door sills for every new model, if I'm not mistaken. They're available in yellow, green, and blue. Blue is most popular. I've only installed a set on an ML430, and it was a rather involved process (running new wire harnesses, fuse holders, relay modules), although it might be easier (or harder) on an E-class.
