Service B @80k miles Need Help

my service B light went on at 74k miles on my 2002 c320. i just ressetted the thing and kept driving it. im now at 80k miles and decided to do some maintenance. so far this is what i have replaced:

-air filters (green)
-fuel filter (mann)
-ac cabin filter (dealer)
-oil change + oil filter (mobil1 syn 0-40)(fram)
-charcoal filter is still good

soon to replace:

-spark plugs (is it necessary to change plug wires)?
-AT fluid flush (dealer)
-Brake fluid flush (dealer)

any suggestions of anything else i need replaced or checked?

also im going with NGK Iridium plugs pt#IFR5D-10 from sparkplugs.com it says that they are "SOHC(Original Equipment Manufacturer, and/or Original Equipment Service Part)" anyone know if these will be safe to run on a stock C320? any help or info is appreciated thanks!

Your dealer should have a check-list he will share w/ you indicating exactly what needs to be changed and when. Standard A & B services are well know, but there are certain key intervals such as 60k that have a long list of supplemental things that need to be done, such as plugs, special fluids, etc.

MB customer service is good when u pay them to do it, but when u call and ask for info on DIY and part #'s etc. they're just plain rude and dont want to help you. I called a dealer the other day for a part number and after he gave the # to me he just hung up. w maybe ill go to the dealer and ask if can have a copy of the list.
