CLK 55 W208 alarm issues
Hi all,
beeing proud owner of the car since 6 years, I have problems with the alarm now.
The most common problem:
Some time (minutes) after locking the car, the alarm goes off and the lights stay flashing.
It can happen also, that, after locking, the indicator-lights for locking continue flashing with a higher frequenzy
Any hints where to locate the bug ?
If I cannot fix it, I am thinking of deleting the whole alarm system, because I am in no way keen to bring the immaculate low mileage car in for repair....
Any ideas how to delete the alarm-system

Thanks so far,
I see 3 wires at the door-switches, are these units just ON/OFF switches or do they have a certain calibration ?
Should I check the hood-switch and trunk-switch too ? Are these ON/OFF or calibrated ?
And where is the alarm-horn located, is it serviceable ?

What I found
Thank you for the hints towards the alarm-horn.
After removing the horn, locking was back to normal.
I found that it is pretty easy to open the horn and see what I found....
After all ,I think, replacement of the Battery should do the trick....
