3rd break light
In desperate need of info on which fuse goes to the third break light (1996 E430). The manual has made a conscious effort to ignore this part of the car. After changing the bulb, I have come to realize it's actually a fuse (or I am assuming that's the next step). Unfortunately the fuse box also doesn't tell me anything, and I can't figure out which fuse it is.
My car is past due on inspection, and after failing the first time I am fearful that the police will ticket me regardless of my best efforts to remedy the problem.
Any info, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd like to help, but the wiring diagram just shows the light wiring going into the illumination module (headlight switch), and doesn't break it down, the side of it is full of fuses- check them all I guess...
The panel on thte side of the dash once you open the door, next to the switch prys off, the fuses are under there
