Rear axle oil change & fuel type

After i recently finished breaking in my cls 55, I noticed in the service manual a rear axle oil change at 2000 miles. What are the oil specs required ? Also here in Egypt I am forced to use 92 octane fuel, will it ruin my engine ?

Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

the fuel will be fine, you just won't make the power you could
as for the rear end, i would suggest you contact the dealership there, the usa cars (other than the SLR and the 65s), don't get their diff fluid changed after break in. If its the same diff they use (the SLR/65s)- the oil is monster expensive 9like $50 a litre).
