Is there a forum for older MBZ cars?
I'm looking for a mechanic referral for a 1956 roadster in the Los Angeles area.
I also am unable to locate a specific section on this site dedicated to the older models. Is there no demand? Or are they included in another section that I missed?

I think Mark meant www.mbca.org ; however I don't know how knowledgeable the MBCA forum is on the 1950's roadsters (300SL I'm assuming). There is a sub-group of the MB Club called The Gullwing Group I would try them first.

Along with the MBUSA Classic Centre suggested by MTI, you may also want to contact a fellow named Rudi Koniczek in Victoria, BC. Rudi is one of the more publicly known Gullwing restorers and may be able to answer some of your questions.
