Where is the K38 Starter Lock-out Relay in '92 500SL?

I'm having intermittent starting problems still (after changing the starter). Dash lights come on, but no starter. Try several times or wait awhile and then suddenly it starts. I'm convinced it is either the Starter Lock-out relay or the ignition switch itself. Can anyone tell me where the relay is located? I've seen indications on the web that it is behind the Center console, behind the instrument cluster, or under the hood! HELP!

Could also be the transmission Park/neutral switch that is failing.
