Right Now ... 1999 E55 AMG
Brakes

I just recently installed new front brake pads, and now when I brake it makes like a grinding noise. Any Ideas... I already put on the brake paste.. This is for my 93 500SEL. Thanks in advance

How are your rotors? Are they worn to below the minimum thickness spec?

I just read on another post that you have 175,000 miles on your car and you've never changed the rotors. Has anybody else ever changed them? My friend, if they're the original ones, you DEFINITELY need new rotors. S-class rotors only tend to last 40K-50K or so.
