06 R350 Audio Problems
I purchased the vehicle in September and until two weeks ago I had no problems. Now I have no audio form any source. I have taken the car to the dealer three times. The first time they could not recreate the problem. The second time I was told that they needed to order a new command unit. And finally the third time to replace it. I drove the car home and after letting it sit for an hour the same problem seems to pop up again. The command unit works fine and I can use the rear headphones from any source. At first it would take just under 5 minutes for the sound to come thru the speakers and now it has progressively gotten worst. If the car is driven for a while the audio seems to come back as long as the vehicle is not turned off for more then an hour. Interestingly enough, just before the sound comes thru the tabs on the display grey out, the track time freezes and then it works. I am returning the car back to the dealer tomorrow. Does any one else have this issue or a solution to the problem. I would appreciate it if I could get the schematics for the HK Audio system.
