I get this warning when I drive little hard..
Does this mean oil level hi?

Yep, your're right - too much oil.
In get the impression you've already checked the oil level on a flat surface and it's fine. Then have the sensor looked at at your MB service station. I wonder though how hard you have to accelerate to have this happen. Even that shouldn't move the oil so much that it'll register HI. Have it looked at.
