Courtesy of Zam,

1. Wait till night to aim the light; do not aim it during daytime, unless
you have a warehouse that can be completely closed & dark.

2. Wait till it's dark, find a place that have a flat (flat !!) ground and
a wall, like back of supermarket or warehouse.

3. Use a quarter (25 cents), put it on the slot on top of the adjustment
knobs, turning the quarter will turn the knob, this make it easy and won't
crack the knob. DO NOT USE THE WRENCH OR SCREWDRIVER (unless it's a really
LARGE SCREWDRIVER) TO TURN THE KNOB, YOU WILL BREAK IT.

4. The two adjustment knobs, the higher is to adjust left/right, the lower
one is used to adjust up/down.

5. Park your car on the flat ground, parallel to the wall, about 5-7 ft
from it (so that the driver door is parallel/along to the wall)

6. Adjust the up/down (the lower knob) on the driver side headlight, so
that the beam is parallel to the ground, or tilt slightly down (just a bit,
like 5 degree).

7. Park your car facing the wall (still on the flat ground), about 25-30ft
from the wall, and adjust the up/down (the lower knob) on the passenger
side so that it's same height as the driver side.

8. Park on that same position, Adjust the left/right knob (the higher
knob) on both the driver and passenger side, so that the groove on the
cut-off beam from each headlight is right in front of it.
