'02 C32 front bumper heat build up

I recently replaced the Valeo radiator on my '02 W203 C32, ever since then, I've noticed excessive heat build up around bottom of the right side front bumper. So much heat that it actually deformed the bottom of the bumper slightly!! The left hand side felt cold to the touch, but the right hand side of the bumper especially near the bottom (about 1 ft towards the left side from underneath the fog lamp) felt HOOOOT (felt more like the hood during summer time)

I don't see any major parts near that area when looking inside from the hood, the only thing that I can make of is 2 radiator hoses looking at the pictures from EPC. Anyone has any idea what could be the source of the heat? Or is it normal for W203?? Thanks!
