What does this symbol mean

I received a "see workshop" and it shows a car with an arrow pointing up in the middle of it. I'm guessing it has something to do with the suspension. I have an 03 E320.

Thanks!

I think that means the bottom of the car is dirty.

I got a message showing a wallet with an arrow comming out of it. Very grave indicator.

I don't think the E320 has the airmatic suspention does it? That is only on the E500 and now E550.

Might have that option

In the early production years of the W211, the AirMatic Dual Control system was an option on E320. Standard on the E500. The data card (and metal plate under the hood) will indicate what options codes this particular vehicle is equipped with.

Later on, MBUSA dropped this as an extra-cost option on the E320 and kept it standard on the E500/ E55AMG models going forward.
