2000 S500 ac controller
I just had my original controller replaced by MB with a newer version.
Now, when you set it to automatic, regardless of what temperature you set it at, the fan speed never goes below 4 bars (medium). With the old one, once the cabin reaches the desired temp, the fan speed goes way down. The dealer said they tried another controller and it does the same thing (fan speed never goes down).
They don't have an answer for this. Any ideas on why its doing this and how to fix?
