1990 300 SEL
Diagnostics for 1990...OBD II or what ?
Hey guys, just had a quick question about diagnstics for my car(1990 300 SEL) is it a OBD or some other later "software-hardware" combo. I have always enjoyed using scanners on my domestic and asian cars...is my fun over with this car. If not could someone fill my empty mellon with words of wisdom on availability,price,is it onboard ect...ect..

Ok, but do you or anyone have a more comprehensive answer? I was aware that it was not OBD, I was using it as a reference. Sorry to confuse the subject. 
I have looked and have not found very much info on the 300 SEL.....
