front O2 sensor causing check eng. light

Since i dont drive my car to much, i filled the tank and added seafoam as a fuel stabilizer. A few days ago i drove the car, and the check engine light came on, the code was for the bank o2 sensors. Then after refueling it went away. I only have 30k miles on a 02. Do you guys think it will come back again? and what should i use as a fuel stabilizer when storing the car for a few months

Mercedes c200 W203 2.0 2001
I have a mercedes c200K W203 sedan. the car use to lag in acceleration in 1rst and 2nd gear and the engine management light came on. so i had the car diagnostic checked. the guy said i needed a new O2 sensor. so i changed it and it was fine for a few days but after abit the light came back on and it came out to be the O2 sensor again. so i changed it again and today after a week the engine management light has come back on. could there be something triggering the O2 sensor

the car has stopped lagging in acceleration but the light is still on. what could be wrong.

i think your having the same problem as me.
if someone could help it would be greatly appreciated

I would be surprised if that CEL has anything to do w/ your fuel, though it may be caused by a loose fuel filler cap. At least that was the first thing my MB SA suggested when mine came on. It turned out to be a bad MAF sensor and that seems to be a common culprit. There are literally more than a hundred things that can produce a CEL and I would recommend you talk to your dealer about it. But here are a few articles that might be of interest:
