95 S500 - A/C fan no high speed
Hi,
1995 S500
When I turn on the A/C, I get cool air, but the fan never gets to the high speed...only as fast as, maybe medium.
Setting the fan speed to Auto (when car is really hot) or Max are the same.
I barely get a breeze.
What could be wrong??

Could be the fan motor regulator....
That component is known to fail in these cars. Cause of failure can be a clogged/dirty set of cabin filters which causes the regulator to overheat and then fail. There is a lot of info out there about this problem. Look for "W140 fan regulator", "W140 blower motor" and same topics for W210 cars. W210 is relatively easy fix. Don't know about a W140.
