I have problem

I have a problem with mt 2000 E320 feels like when I let off of gas the car slows its self without applying the bracks. Then when Im at idle it feels that its being held at a stop. sometimes I feel it pop then takes off. This problem comes on the more I drive it in the day like when it heats up. I have changed the rotors and bads they both were bad and it still does it. Any help Thanks

Check the pistons in the brake calipers, they must be sticking.
When you release the brake, the pistons should release the pads from the rotors. You can check it yourself by parking on level ground, jack up each wheel and check if it will turn freely. make sure to put something in front and back of the wheels on other side of the car to ensure that the car will not move off the jack.

Be sure to release your parking brake.

Might also check its adjustment.

And, if you've installed aftermarket wheels, check that your lug bolts aren't too long.
