Writing a Letter to MB..

Didn't know if this is the correct place to post this, but I wanted to write a letter to Mercedes Benz regarding my dad's w140 and the problems we had with it. Any ideas as far as the best place to send this letter? online or otherwise.

Thanks,

I'm just wondering what you expect MB to do about a car that hasn't been in production for nearly 10 years?
Are you having issues with the car or a dealership?

Thanks guys,

It's the known evaporator problem with the a/c. Some of the prices we have been quoted at different dealers are incredible (~$4000), after paying their diagnosis fees!! Any ways, my dad is at retirement age. It would be nice of MB to help some with this repair. He has had only Benzes all his life, and W140 are known to have this problem, yet they did not do anything about it. So I am going to try to write to them and hopefully even if they help a little it would make it more reasonable to fix.
