How do I know which dealership will provide the best service
I live in the Kansas City area and there are two dealerships. Mercedes of KC and Aristocrat Motors. Both are owned by Aristocrat. I bought from Mercedes of KC but I know I can take my car to either one for service. How do I find out which one has the best service people and provides the best service?

Reputation would be my only recommendation - ask some other owners if either of the dealerships have gained their loyalty and why...may come down to subjective opinion since they share ownership; Good Luck!
