S320 1994 Brakes & Piston Heads...

Hi Guys... I have a S320 1994 and I have a problem of brakes fuel heating up when coming down hill or using it frequently...

Any Ideas... what brake oils to use? I am using the standard recommended stuff. I live in a tropical country.

Another point... I am overhalling the engine and about to replace the piston heads and rings... any suggestions? Could I use any of the S500s or S600s' arms? to increase the cc?

Thks...

How often do change the brake fluid? My recommendation, especially for Malaysia (high humidity) would be every year. The fluid reacts hygroscopic (drawing water from the atmosphere) Heating of the fluid sound like water content too high, which makes the stuff "boil".
The other questions I cant answer, but increasing cc's sounds weird to me since the rest of the engine, the controllers and eletronics stay the same?!?!?!?

Thks guys...

The controllers requires some changes but I dont know what they (mechanic) do inside...

Heard of any such thing?

As for the brake fluid I change it yearly... but probably better after 10 months or so...
