1995 Model C220 Auxiliary Fan

I just bought a 1995 C220 and it overheats to 120*C when sitting in traffic ! When running on road it cools down to 80-90*C. Well, on checking I noticed that the TWO auxiliary fans (?) in front of engine /behind grille, do not run. What can cause this? Since it may be unusual for BOTH fans go out it might be a fuse or something? Any help appreciated. s10019@gmail.com
