I have a small amount of driver front bumper damage, with the chrome part of the bumper missing. I've been told if they repair the bumper, it will definately crack as puddy needs to fill certain gaps. Should I buy a new bumper from Mercedes, an oem from the various dealers, or roll the dice with the puddy? Does anyone have a site to go to for purchasing these items?

The bumper covers are rubber and not difficult to fix. I don't think they use body putty/bondo. There are businesses that specialize in fixing bumper covers.
