i have read many post about members changing there fogs to hid. i read that some used a capacitor which i have tried to no avail. i can only get the hid conversion kit bulb to work when i have the regular halogen bulb installed and turned on then connect the hid kit to the same wires. otherwise i cannot get them to work.

please help if you know what im doing wrong.
