190 wheels fit on 420 SEL?

I have a question/problem. I recently purchased '90/'92 MB 190 wheels from ebay for my aging and leaking 420 SEL replica wheels for my 420 SEL.

When the 190's arrived, I realized that the offset on the wheels were different. The tire size is also a bit smaller at 185/65/15 compared to stock of 205/65/15. I was wondering if anyone knows if I will run into any rubbing/suspension problems if I use the 190 wheels/tires? I am well aware of the speedo error and am OK with that.

I don’t know what the offset on my stock wheels are, but I can check if needed. The offset on the 190s are 49mm I believe? The inside of the wheel says 6Jx15H2 ET49. I’m guessing ET49 stands for the offset? I am also unsure of the 420 SEL’s rim width.. will a 205mm wide tire fit on a 6 inch wide wheel?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks alot in advance.
