Ok, but then next time service comes due the mileage wont be a multiple of 13,000, is that going to be problematic down the line?

Im imagining years in the future where the mileage may be tiny and the rules call for all kinds of service and parts that may not be warranted b/c the motor and suspension is so little used.
For instance, the changing of a timing belt- that can normally last 100,000 miles- in 5 years @ 10,000 miles.
