Has this happened to anyone with they'er cars. My tilt is not going up or down. You can hear the motor turning but no movement. I can still extend or retract the stearing wheel but not up or down. Can anyone please shed some light into this.

The little rubber drive shaft for the up and down is broken.
You'll have to disassembely the steering column is replaced it.
