Replacing rear wheel bearing on 99 ML320

I think the right rear wheel bearing is shot on my 99 ML320. What's the process to replace the bearing? Something I can do myself or better left to my local shop? I'm handy so I'm not afraid to dive into something I've never done before.

Thanks in advance.

ML500 AMG pkg
The hardest part is getting the special tool to press out/in the hub and bearing.
