How do you turn it off? indication light is always on (when engine is running of course)
I think my AC wont run because of that according to the owners manual.
Anyone have any idea?

If it won't turn off when you push the button it means you have a system problem. The compressor is locked out when coolant charge is low, or sometimes when the pressure sensor fails.
