I have a 2001 C320. I think my passenger wipers are too low--it hits the glass rubber panel on the bottom. And the lower end tip of the wiper sits on the rubber panel. How do you raise the wiper blade arm?

Try removing the small cover at the base of the arm and loosen the retaining nut(13 or 15mm?) adjust your arm to the position you desire and tighten. The arm may be "stuck" on the shaft as it's kind of an interferance fit so it may take some wiggling. Good luck!
