I've got one you can't solve MBTech!!
What do you do if your problem occurs only when the dealer isn't looking for it. I'm always getting lame problems that act up on me, but when I complain about them, they stop before the dealer gets to see it.
And no, complaining in order to get them to stop is not a valid answer.

What kind of problem are we talking about here? In those cases, I like to go for a road test with the owner so they can point it out to me. Especially rattles and squeaks.
