w203 SRS Service reminder?

w203 SRS Service reminder?
2001 C320 at about 87000 miles.

Yesterday, the console display started showing the message of

"SRS restraint system service" at start of engine (occasionally, not always)

This is NOT the 'SRS' red indicator which indicates a malfunction
of SRS.

I looked up the car manual and found no mention of this service
reminder.

Anyone seen this, and knows if SRS has a service schedule interval??
