Grey 500SEL
I have a title that says it is a 500SEL. The plate says a 126037. It is an armored up car. It has been great for a long time. Recently it was occasionally hard to start when cold but never had any problems being rough or anything. 2 days ago it stumbled while driving for 1 or 2 seconds. Then after I shut it off it will not restart. 
Just cranks and cranks. It has spark and fuel but will not run. Being a grey market car I cannot get any tech manuals or anything on it. It has had both fuel pumps and fuel filters replaced about 4 months ago.
It has 200,000 KM on it.

What is the correct voltage at the idle control solenoid? I ask because mine is vibrating all the time when key is on. Voltage ranges from 0 to about 4 volts. On my 380 SE it reads 12 volts and no vibration????
