Fuel system Cleaner / De-Carbonized

Hi guys,

has anyone done this service before? fuel system cleaning / de-carbonized to your w203 fuel rail?
I'd like to do this since my idle kind a rough and my mileage is around 87K.
any suggestion or risk doing this cleaning?

I've ask several mercedes specialist shop. They qoute around $80-100 bucks for fuel system cleaning / decarbonized.

Do you think its worth it?

No. Just get a bottle of Techron and use it. If you use top tier gas at the right octane, you shouldn't need it more than twice a year.
