When trying to use the mirror it is almost impossible (too dark). In the user manual it describes that when the key is in position 2, this activates the anti-glare. I have tried switching on/off and a magnitude of different combinations with the lights and nothing changes.

Anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot / resolve this issue?
