1991 W124 300E-24V won't go into gear
After several very cold days and nights the car wouldn't start. Warmed and charged the battery and got it going. I let the car idle for 45 minutes and went to drive away, but it wouldn't shift into gear.
Not into reverse, neutral or any forward gear.
Had to go away for the weekend with a rental and when I came back I gave it another try. I was optimistic since the temperature had warmed to about minus 15 C. Started right away but still won't go into gear?
Any ideas?

Ha. Well you'll be happy to know it was a balmy minus 8 today. I wish we all could live in Huntington Beach. With the way your house prices are falling, pretty soon we may be able to!![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Still no movement in the transmission though.
