Question CLK 500 Motor Mounts Question

I just put a deposit on an 03 CLK 500. I drove an Oct production car at dealer and the car had a strage ticking sound during moderate initial acceleration,I own a clk 430 now and it has no such noise...is this the motor mount related ticking sound you refer to and if so how do the motor mounts eliminate the problem?

My car will be a January build arriving mid Feb,do you think the motor mount issue has been addressed during production by Jan build?

Thanks,

RJC

The noise you heard is the motor mount issue, and it should be resolved already.
