headlight adjustment

My 2009 C300 has the Halogen bulbs. I noticed the bulb was pointed a bit towards the ground. I took it into the shop and they adjusted it. It seemed fine so then I decided to put in new bulbs. The bulbs went in fine but now that same side is pointing up. I rechecked that the bulb is seated correctly and it is, I think I need to adjust the housing, is this possible? If so how? I am afraid I may have moved the housing when I changed the bulb which I am told is virtually imppossible but anyways, I am used to adjusting some screws in other cars, one for side to side and one for up and down. I noticed there is a white plastic screw, is that the adjustment screw? Any help on how to make this adjustment would be great, I cant find any help. I would like ot try and make the adjustment on my own as opposed to taking the bulbs out and taking it to the shop again.
