I have a 2008 C350 and I just came back from the first year service. Lo and behold, only a couple of days later, the driver's side headrest which tilts at an angle from the top, stopped being held in the position that I put it in. The friction that keeps the headrest hold it's angle has dissipated, adn the headrest just hangs straight down now. It is a manual headrest, and the car was not involved in any accident so the neck protection system has not been deployed. I don't want to bring it to the dealer and not have the car for another two days. Can I fix this myself? Thanks.
