Shocks, Struts, and squeaking
For the past week or so, my CL has been making some funny sounds. When I steer at low speeds, there seems to be a squeaking noise coming. It doesn't affect the driving characteristics but is annoying nonetheless. Also, whenever I go over anything bumpy, there is some squeaking from the undercarriage. It sounds like shocks or struts, maybe? I'm not sure but anyone else has had the same issue, your input is appreciated.

Comming from the front? If so, check sway bar bushings and links. A shot of silicone spray can help temporarialy. Could also be shock/strut bushings, L/UCA bushings, ball joints, etc.

It is NOT the sway bars... it doesn't have any![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Probably the struts, but it could be control arm bushings, front subframe rubbing or even steering column.
