How would the dealership inspect a flex disk? What can I detect by driving?

Does anything have to be removed to check a flex disk on a 07 C230? If it had a problem, what would I notice while driving? Inspection is on the schedule for my 52k visit. Thanks.

Put the car up in the air and check the disc for cracks. You don't need to remove anything to look at it.
When mine went bad it would screech when the car would shift.
52K inspection? I would go in at 49ish

I agree

Just put it on a lift and look for cracks, mine went out @ 70mph one piece every mile until....
Much cheaper to DIY before it goes out.
