Satellite/HD tuner “Device Unavailable” displayed in head unit
Telematics components are designed to go into bypass when sensing an under voltage condition of 10.6 V or lower. Due to a software error in the satellite radio, it is more susceptible to go into bypass before any other component even if the voltage is over the low voltage threshold. New software is forthcoming.
