Kleemann compressor- problem need advise

When starting up my E280A 4M 2000mod, a intense metallic noise sounded, it came from the bearing behind the pully. Traces of metal dust is located under the bearing. Anyone know the procedure to remove the mouth of the compressor, as the shaft goes into the gearbox inside the compressor unit as special procedure is needed when remove and insert, need the tech specs for this.
Kleemann charge EUR2000 for the complete unit, very expensive....the compressor is modified with Kleemann electrical waterpump, thus avoiding the mechanical waterpump of failing, as it did 3 times, due to worn out bearings....
The compressor has logged 50000km and thats too early for this kind of part to fail, anyone have had same problems.
