DTC's P0743, P0753, P0763 and P0758 after rear main seal swap

I got an -98 ML320 and just got done replacing the rear main seal on it. After the new seal was installed ran the car for about ten minutes without the tranny to make sure the seal is holding.
Reinstalled the tranny added about 1/2 Qt of fluid to top of what fell out during removal. started the car and instantly got TDC's P0743, P0753, P0763 and P0758. Checked the ohm and cleaned the connector base at teh tranny end no help. checked teh voltage coming to the four solenoids in question and got nothing from the ETC. so any ideas is the tranny computer under the instrument cluster done? since no volts are coming from it? or could it be the electronic conductor plate? did the running of the car with no tranny cause problems? nothing was done to the tranny while it was off. Also checked continuity from the ETC to the connector at tranny all were could no shorts etc... only problem was that pin#6 at tranny end wasn't 11-14 volts when power is turned on?
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Clear all codes using SDS, not OBDII scanner.

SDS is the only way to clear the DTC's from the tranny computer? It doesn't reset by itself? Sorry about dum questions just little new to Mercedes trannys.

Thats correct. You might clear the OBDII code but not the propriatary one.......

*edit* Not the ONLY way. A few other high end scanners can also read MB modules.

'99 ML430
Replaced conductor board now P07043 code

Kinda new to forum; first post....so don't be too hard on me.

I did a search; not too much to look at.

'99 ML430 was stuck in limp mode w/ P0715 code.

I replaced:
conductor plate,
shift spring (precautionary),
connector bushing ($13 from dealer), and
filter and fluid.

Put it back together, still stuck in limp mode now with 7043 code.

I just took it apart:
measured resistance.....2.1 Ohms
replaced T/C solenoid O ring,
checked pins at connector for continuity,
sprayed brake cleaner on trans connector, and
reistalled the valve body etc.

Still stuck in limp mode and shows 7043 code.
I can clear it temporarily with my OBDII scanner, but it comes back when car is driven.

Perhaps the computer needs to be reset....? Just frustrating because this was never the problem before only a speed sensor fault.

Thanks,
Jon

I mainly am into twin turbo Nissans, this is my wife's ML430
