Does any body knows where can I get used engine for 1991 mercedes 350SDL?

You don't want a used 350SDL engine unless it has had the new design cylinder head installed. I'd fix yours unless you drove it too long broken.

Why not buy a used one, if compression is checked, and low miles? what would it cost to fix mine? where are you located?

Because original 350SDL engines sooner or later (mostly sooner) cracked their cylinder heads - the engine belonged on a Yugo! The new replacement head that has been released is supposed to have fixed the problem - that's the way to go unless you can be sure the used engine already has the new head. But like I said if you drove yours too long broken it will need more than a new head.
