Would anyone know if the Mercedes 1995 C Class Elegance Auto has a timing belt or chain?

If so does the belt/chain need replacing at some stage and at what mileage?

All MB cars have timing chains. They dont have to be replaced. The only thng is to check the tensioner sometimes, when the chain starting to make noises. I have 2 cars W124 both well over 185 kmls, and never touched the chains neither tensioner nor replacement. Dont worry about those chains.
