Hey, my car started to make some bubbling sound (similar to when youre low on gas) recently and I dont know whats wrong with it. Whenever im driving, it seems like it is about to turn off. When i accelerate, the car runs fine. Ive been using octane 87 for the past year, so i was wondering if that might reason why the car has been acting up. I took the car to the mechanic and he sprayed something somewhere near the engine and the car started to run fine for a while. Does anyone know whats wrong with it? (sorry if i was unclear, i dont know much about cars)

sounds like you have a vacuum leak. check around the intake manifold and the throttle body.
