My reverse gear doesn't shift in anymore it just slowly moves back but i have to give italot of gas, but my forward gears are perfect; What can be done

 

Reverse clutches are warn out. You need to have the transmission removed and at the min. need the reverse cluches replaced. Depending on the miles I would also rec. a rebuild. (i.e. all seals gaskets and clutches and pos. band(s).
