Steering Wheel Phone Button Honks Horn

When I get an incoming phone call, if I hit the button on the steering wheel for answering the phone, it honks the horn and connects the call. This is dangerous when sitting at a light or in heavy traffic. I only touch the pick-up phone button, not any other part of the steering wheel. The button for ending the call works fine. My car, an SL600, is still under factory warranty, but I was hoping someone could shed some light on this problem before I bring the car in to the dealer. I have a Mercedes phone that sits in the designated cradle in the storage bin between the seats. The phone itself works fine. Any thoughts? Thanks, TwinCam

A short or cross connection in your steering wheel hub.

Dealer needs to fix it.
